These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bunzee platform, operated by SF34 Inc. ("Company", "we", "our" or "us"),
accessible via the website (https://bunzee.ai) and its associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We may revise these Terms at any time. If we do so, we will post the updated Terms with the effective date.
If the changes are material, we will notify you at least 7 days (30 days for critical changes) before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms go into effect constitutes your acceptance.
If you do not agree to the new Terms, you may terminate your account at any time.
- Service: All content, features, and functionalities offered through Bunzee's web and mobile platforms.
- User: Anyone accessing or using the Service, whether registered or not.
- Member: A registered user with a valid account.
- Non-Member: An unregistered user accessing public parts of the Service.
- Account Information: User ID, email, password, and profile details.
- Credits: Non-monetary units used to access premium features, purchased or granted by the Company.
- Subscription: A recurring plan granting access to certain features.
- Affiliate Partners: Entities that provide services in collaboration with or under delegation from Bunzee.
You must be at least 13 years old to register and use the Service.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
For users located in the United States: If you are under 13 years old, you may not use the Service under any circumstances. Users who are 13 years or older may use the Service without parental consent under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

The Company reserves the right to refuse or revoke access at its discretion.

All content on Bunzee (excluding user submissions) is owned by SF34 Inc. or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit consent.
You retain rights to your own submissions but grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute them on the platform.
We strive to provide reliable, 24/7 access but may conduct maintenance with or without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Upon termination, any unused credits or data may be forfeited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for damages resulting from use, misuse, or inability to access the Service.
We are not liable for third-party content or user-submitted materials.
Any dispute shall be resolved in good faith through informal negotiation first.
If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California, United States.
