This Payment and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines how payments, subscriptions, credits, and refunds are handled by SF34 Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) for users of the Bunzee platform (https://bunzee.ai).
We support the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit cards (via Stripe, Razorpay, or other third-party vendors)
- In-app purchases (if applicable)
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We may use third-party vendors such as Paddle or others to process payments. The identity of the payment processor may change without prior notice.
All prices are displayed in USD ($) only, regardless of user location.
Taxes (such as VAT/GST) may be applied depending on your billing address and local regulations. These will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Users may purchase “connect points” to initiate expert chats or premium interactions.
Points are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.
Points do not expire unless otherwise communicated.
We offer both one-time and recurring subscription plans:
If a plan is recurring, it will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel recurring plans anytime from your account settings. Access will remain available until the current billing period ends.
One-time plans grant access for a fixed duration with no renewal.
We handle refunds as follows:
- Connect Points:
Full refund available within 14 days of purchase, if no credits have been used.
Once any credit has been consumed, no partial or full refund is permitted.
- AI Credit Plans:
Full refund available within 14 days of purchase, if no premium features have been accessed.
After 14 days or upon substantial usage, no refunds will be granted.
For EU users, a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply for unused digital content, but will be considered waived if the service is accessed.
- Non-monetary Points (e.g. “Reward” Points):
Points or credits earned via platform events or leveling programs (e.g., reward tiers based on activity) are granted at our discretion.
These rewards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, even if associated paid credits are refunded.
Level-based refund rates are set by the platform, and may range from 0% to 70% depending on member level.
All reward rates are rounded down to the nearest whole point.

These points are used to promote user interaction and are not refundable or convertible to cash under any circumstance.
To request a refund, contact support@bunzee.ai.
If your payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or limit your access until the issue is resolved.
Repeated chargebacks or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.
We comply with local financial and consumer laws across regions, including:
- United States: Federal and state regulations regarding recurring billing and transparency
- European Union: Consumer Rights Directive including 14-day withdrawal rights
- India: DPDP Act and RBI guidelines (as applicable); note that consent for digital content may follow local opt-in/opt-out frameworks
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our pricing, payment providers, or legal requirements. We will notify users of material changes at least 7 days in advance.
