Salatuk is your Muslim prayer companion.

By automatically locating you, this app provides appropriate prayer times and the direction of the Qibla corresponding to your position.

Salatuk's algorithm supports a large number of calculation methods adopted in the Islamic world. Depending on your location, the app chooses the appropriate method and Fiqh school. However, you also have the option to manually change this information in the 'Settings' tab if you wish.

Salatuk is currently available in 3 languages: Arabic, English, and French.

If you are familiar with Salatuk on other systems, please note that this version DOES NOT SUPPORT certain functions like "Silent mode after Adhan," "Full Adhan," or the use of a "Custom Athan." This is due to technical limitations that we will try to remove once the iOS system allows it.

***** About Prayer Times ***** 
Please note that we pay great attention to the accuracy of prayer times. However, in some countries, these times may not be exact. In such cases, please refer to the official Islamic institutions in your locality and manually adjust the prayer times in the app settings.

***** About the Adhan ***** 
Salatuk reminds you that it is time for prayer using "4 takbeerats" instead of the full Adhan.

*****  Tips for Better Use ***** 
To refresh prayer notifications, it is recommended to open the app frequently (once a day). This should also be done when you change location or time (daylight saving time).
